1. Competition Overview
The 2026 Month of May Challenge is a premier location-based rivalry hosted by Dallara – AK Esports LLC. This challenge invites guests to experience professional-grade simulation and compete for exclusive rewards across our two flagship Indianapolis locations.
1.1 Venue Locations

1.2 Event Duration & Operating Hours
The competition runs from Friday, May 15, 2026 through Sunday, May 24, 2026. Sessions must begin before closing time to be eligible.

2. Participation & Legal Status
2.1 Registration & Consent
Participation is initiated on-site at the time of purchase. Participants must confirm:
- Acceptance of these Official Regulations in their entirety.
- Acknowledgment of the Dallara – AK Esports Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of personal data for event administration and leaderboard management.
- Consent to the use of their image and likeness in photographs and videos taken during the event for marketing and social media purposes.
Participants who do not complete registration are not eligible for leaderboard placement or prize draws.
2.2 Legal Structure

| Competition Entry | Participation in the Hotlap Challenge and Grand Prize Draw is a complimentary benefit included with session purchase. No portion of the fee is allocated to a prize pool or gambling stake. |
2.3 Age & Physical Requirements
- General Participation: Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
- Physical Requirements: All drivers must be able to operate steering and pedals effectively. Custom wheel mapping for hand controls is available upon request.
- Grand Prize Eligibility: Participants must be 21 years of age or older. See Section 6.1.
- Age Verification: Age is verified by self-declaration at registration. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.
3. Simulator Configuration & Format
Identical hardware and software settings are locked across all simulators at both venues.

3.1 Multi-Session Participation
Participants may purchase multiple sessions throughout the event period. Each session is a valid competition attempt. The personal best valid lap time is used for leaderboard ranking. There is no limit on the number of sessions a participant may purchase.
4. Official Prize Catalog

- Sim Garage Paddock Pass (1-Month) — 15% discount on sessions and merchandise plus one free guest pass. Expires 30 days after activation. No cash value.
5. Winning Structure & Prize Allocation
5.1 Hotlap Challenge (Performance-Based)
The three fastest valid lap times at each venue are awarded independently:

Leaderboards are maintained separately for each venue. Tiebreaker: In the event of identical lap times, the participant who recorded that time first (by session timestamp) ranks higher.
5.2 Grand Prize Draw
One Grand Prize Draw will be conducted at the conclusion of the event on Sunday, May 24, 2026. All registered participants from both venues who completed at least one valid session are automatically entered. One (1) winner will be selected at random and contacted within five (5) business days.
6. The Grand Prize: Professional Sim Racing Experience
The Grand Prize winner receives one (1) exclusive session of 3 laps on the Dallara Professional Driving Simulator — the high-fidelity engineering tool used by elite racing teams and professional drivers to prepare for major events. This prize is specific to the simulator session only and does not include additional merchandise or cash equivalents.
6.1 Professional Simulator Regulations & Scheduling
SCHEDULING DISCLAIMER: Due to the high demand for the Dallara Professional Driving Simulator by professional racing teams and drivers for technical testing, scheduling of the Grand Prize session is at the sole and absolute discretion of Dallara USA. Specific dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
- Health Requirement: Participants must be in good physical health. Not recommended for those with heart conditions, epilepsy, or chronic motion sickness.
- Age Limit: Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of prize redemption.
- Legal Documentation: The winner must sign a supplemental professional-grade liability waiver before entering the facility.
- Non-Transferable: No cash value. Cannot be transferred or sold.
7. Sporting Code & Conduct
- Identity & Registration: Participants must register using their legal name and valid contact information. Use of false or assumed names will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.
- Clean Lap Definition: Only laps automatically validated by Assetto Corsa without triggering wall contact or track limit penalty flags are valid for leaderboard consideration. Laps that generate any automatic penalty are invalid and will not appear on the official leaderboard. For Grand Prize eligibility requirements, see Section 6.1.
- Track Limits: Track limits are enforced by the game's built-in penalty system. Repeated off-track offenses may result in session termination without refund.
- General Conduct: Unsporting behavior, harassment, or deliberate interference with another participant's session may result in disqualification, removal from the venue, and permanent ban from future events.
- Session Management: Only authorized staff have the authority to manage, delay, pause, or restart a session. Participants may not self-restart or manipulate simulator settings without staff authorization.
- Hotlap Session Rules: Exploiting in-game conditions, software vulnerabilities, drafting, artificial slipstreaming, or deliberate disruption of track conditions is strictly prohibited.
- Exploitation & Glitches: Use of any software glitch, bug, or unintended game mechanic to achieve an artificially fast lap time will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
- Staff Authority: Staff maintain final discretion on all lap validations, award decisions, and conduct matters. All staff decisions are final and not subject to external appeal.
8. Technical Issues Policy
- If no valid lap has been completed at the time of malfunction: the participant receives a complimentary replacement session of equivalent duration at no charge.
- If a valid best time has already been recorded: that time is preserved on the leaderboard and the participant receives complimentary session time equivalent to the unused portion.
Example: A participant who purchased a 20-minute session experiences a technical failure after 12 minutes, having already recorded a valid lap time. Their best lap is retained on the leaderboard, and they receive a complimentary 10-minute session to compensate for the unused time.
Technical issues must be reported immediately to on-site staff before leaving the simulator. Issues reported after session completion are not eligible for replacement or compensation. Dallara – AK Esports LLC is not responsible for technical issues caused by participant error, including accidental session termination.
